When you purchase a piece of art from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, I may send you emails about new paintings, or/and other updates. I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do you withdraw your consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for me to contact you, or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your email information, at anytime, by contacting me at: info@jazminsasky.com.

WIX LTD. E-COMMERCE STORE

My ecommerce store is hosted by WIX Ltd. The company provides me with an online ecommerce platform that allows to sell my artworks and services to you. Your data is stored through WIX’s Ltd. data storage, databases and the general ecommerce WIX Ltd. application.

PAYMENT
If you choose one of my payment options gateway to complete your purchase, then WIX Ltd. stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers.

SECURITY​

WIX Ltd. has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with me, including physical, electronic and procedural measures. Among other things, WIX Ltd. offers HTTPS secure access to most areas on their Services; the transmission of sensitive payment information (such as a credit card number) through their designated purchase forms which is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection; and they regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. WIX Ltd. also regularly monitors their systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly seek new ways and Third-Party Services for further enhancing the security of their Services and protection of Visitors’ and Users’ privacy.
